Glenn Beck Sues CEO Who Ran His Empire

Conservative TV and radio host Glenn beck is suing Chris Balfe, the former CEO who used to run his news network The Blaze and helped grow Beck’s empire, according to LawNewz.com. Balfe is accused of breach of contract, general mismanagement, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud, according to the lawsuit. Beck’s production and operating company, Mercury Radio Arts, filed the July 29 complaint which accuses Balfe of being a “terrible executive” who caused “substantial harm” through “deliberate mismanagement.” Beck posted the following message on his website Monday: You have all heard me over the last couple of years describing how hard a time it…

BREAKING: Solar Storm To Hit Earth Tuesday – ‘Power Grid Fluctuations’ Possible

A solar geomagnetic storm capable of producing “power grid fluctuations” is expected to hit earth Tuesday, Aug. 2 in what the government’s NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center is calling a moderate storm. The storm was sparked by a coronal mass ejection that can be visually seen in a NASA space video. “Power grid fluctuations can occur. High-latitude power systems may experience voltage alarms,” the NOAA alert read. The primary impact is expected to be north of 55 degrees latitude, NOAA reported. Northern lights may be seen as low as New York, Wisconsin and Washington state, according to NOAA. CONTINUE READING

Pentagon: 33 American Servicemembers Have Contracted Zika Overseas

At least 33 active-duty servicemembers, including one pregnant woman, have contracted the Zika virus while serving overseas, a Pentagon spokesman said Monday. Six family members of servicemembers have also contracted the virus outside of the continental United States, said Army Maj. Roger Cabiness, a spokesman for the Defense Department. Those numbers were current as of Friday. The virus has spread through much of Latin America and the Caribbean since its outbreak in Brazil in May 2015. Its connections to pregnancy defects, confirmed by scientists at the national Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, have led the World Health Organization to…

Donald Trump Calls Hillary Clinton ‘The Devil’

Donald Trump called Hillary Clinton “the devil” on Monday as he rallied supporters in this battleground state. Trump’s extreme characterization of the Democratic presidential nominee came as he criticized Clinton’s former presidential primary challenger Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont for endorsing Clinton. “He made a deal with the devil. She’s the devil,” Trump said Monday as he rallied a rowdy crowd of supporters packed into a high school gymnasium. Trump has accused Sanders several times in the last week of selling out by endorsing Clinton — each time ratcheting up his words — but his comment on Monday is the…

Home Ownership In England At Lowest Level In 30 Years As Housing Crisis Grows

Home ownership in England has fallen to its lowest level in 30 years as the growing gap between earnings and property prices has created a housing crisis that extends beyond London to cities including Manchester. The struggle to get on the housing ladder is not just a feature of the London property market, according to a new report by the Resolution Foundation thinktank, with Greater Manchester seeing as big a slump in ownership since its peak in the early 2000s as parts of the capital, and cities in Yorkshire and the West Midlands also seeing sharp drops. Home ownership across England…

Wealthy Chinese Are Avoiding Food Scares With Their Own Organic Farms

Han Xing did not become a farmer for the money. He already had plenty, as the founder of a communications equipment company. What he wanted was food not tainted by heavy metals or fouled with pesticide. He couldn’t find it in grocery stores. So, like a rising number of wealthy Chinese, he decided to grow it himself, signing a 20-year lease on a 13-acre plot of land where he now has eight greenhouses, a giant fish pond and pens filled with more than 100 ducks, chicken and geese, the latter to defend the other poultry from local weasels. Then there’s…

Cell Phone Tracking Device (STINGRAY) Bought With Homeland Security Funding Used In Routine Investigations

San Diego police have used a controversial surveillance tool that can locate an individual cell phone by mimicking a cellphone tower at least 30 times since 2011, turning to the powerful device for investigations involving ordinary crimes like burglaries and robberies. None of the instances shows that the device, a cell site simulator known as a Stingray, was used in cases involving terrorism or national security. Instead, records obtained under the Public Records Act from the police department show that the suitcase-sized Stingray — purchased in 2010 for $365,286 of Homeland Security grant funds — has been used to investigate…

If Voting Made Any Difference, They Wouldn’t Let Us Do It

No, America, you don’t have to vote. In fact, vote or don’t vote, the police state will continue to trample us underfoot. Devil or deliverer, the candidate who wins the White House has already made a Faustian bargain to keep the police state in power. It’s no longer a question of which party will usher in totalitarianism but when the final hammer will fall. Sure we’re being given choices, but the differences between the candidates are purely cosmetic ones, lacking any real nutritional value for the nation. We’re being served a poisoned feast whose aftereffects will leave us in turmoil for…

Paris Strikes Astonishing Partnership With Secret Isis Sponsor Tied To Hillary Clinton

The City of Paris has struck a corporate partnership with French industrial giant, Lafarge, recently accused of secretly sponsoring the Islamic State (Isis or Daesh) for profit. Documents obtained by several journalistic investigations reveal that Lafarge has paid taxes to the terror group to operate its cement plant in Syria, and even bought Isis oil for years. Yet according to the campaign group, SumOfUs, Lafarge is the corporate partner and sand provider to the City of Paris for this summer’s Paris-Plages urban beach event. The project run by Office of the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, will create artificial beaches…

Facebook Blocks Michael Savage For Migrant-Murder Story

(WND)  Facebook has temporarily blocked talk-radio host Michael Savage from posting stories to his page after he put up a link to a story about a Muslim migrant killing a pregnant woman in Germany. A message from the social media giant on Savage’s page said: “You recently posted something that violates Facebook policies, so you’re temporarily blocked from using this feature.” The message then refers the user to Facebook’s “Community Standards” and states the block will be active for 21 hours. Facebook’s “Community Standards” page lists “hate speech” as one of its prohibitions, along with “violence and graphic content,” and nudity. Like the reporting…

Black Lives Matters DEMANDS Reparations From Presidential Candidates

More than 60 organizations associated with the Black Lives Matter movement have released a series of demands on Monday, including for reparations. The list of six platform demands is aimed at furthering their goals as the presidential campaign heads into the homestretch. The release of the six demands comes a few days before the second anniversary of the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., which set off months of protests and led to a national conversation about police killings of blacks. As part of the effort, the groups are demanding, among other things, reparations for what they say are past and continuing…

CDC Admits 98 million Americans Were Given Polio Vaccine Contaminated With Cancer-Causing Virus

(ETHAN A. HUFF)  The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has once again been caught removing pertinent but indicting information about vaccines from its website. This time it involves the infamous polio vaccine, up to 98 million doses of which have been exposed as containing a cancer-causing virus that is now believed to be responsible for causing millions of cancers in America, according to the CDC. The information was posted on an official CDC fact sheet entitled Cancer, Simian Virus 40 (SV40), and Polio Vaccine, which has since been removed from the CDC’s website. Fortunately, RealFarmacy.com was able to archive the damning page…

Big Brother Faces Wave Of Lawsuits For Invasion Of Privacy

When the Supreme Court in the United Kingdom recently rejected a scheme to appoint a government official to oversee every child born in Scotland, some may have assumed the issue was put to rest. Not so. The lingering problem is for the local governments that could be sued by families whose personal information already was taken and used by bureaucrats who presumed the plan would be approved. Opposition to the home-invasion program was organized by the Christian Institute, which has advised families to file “Subject Access Requests” to find out what information the government possesses. Now the organization is forecasting “a wave of court actions for…

The Price Of Oil Is Crashing Again, And That Is Very, Very Bad News For The U.S. Economy

(MICHAEL SNYDER)  This wasn’t supposed to happen.  The price of oil was supposed to start going back up, and this would have brought much needed relief to economically-depressed areas of North America that are heavily dependent on the energy industry.  Instead, the price of oil is crashing again, and that is really bad news for a U.S. economy that is already mired in the worst “recovery” since 1949.  On Monday, U.S. oil was down almost four percent, and for a brief time it actually fell below 40 dollars a barrel.  Overall, the price of oil has fallen a staggering 21 percent since June…

WikiLeaks: E-mails Expose Clinton Gun-running To Terrorists

Once-secret e-mails belonging to Democrat Party presidential nominee Hillary Clinton expose the involvement of Obama’s then-secretary of state in shipping weapons to jihadists, including to terrorists in the Islamic State, or ISIS, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange said last week. Speaking to the far-left Democracy Now program, Assange highlighted the fact that Clinton played a key role in funneling weaponry from Libya, which she helped destroy alongside jihadist allies on the ground, to Obama-backed terror groups in Syria. One e-mail reveals that an effort by Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi to create a gold-backed currency for the region was among the key reasons globalists supported killing…

DHS Grants Temporary Amnesty To 8,000 Syrians In The U.S.

Homeland Security granted a new temporary amnesty Monday to more than 8,000 Syrians living in the U.S. right now, saying they can remain for up to 18 months longer no matter what their legal status. Secretary Jeh Johnson issued “temporary protected status” to Syrians, saying that if they are in the U.S. as of Monday and continue to reside here permanently, they can apply for work permits and other documents to remain and live in the U.S. without fear of being ousted. His order applies to some 5,800 Syrians who were granted status under the original 2012 TPS program, and…

Trump: “I’m Afraid The Election Is Going To Be Rigged”

Following Trump confidant Roger Stone’s allegation that Hillary Clinton might “steal this election” using the Supreme Court, and the Reuters’ poll “tweaks” which sent her to a 7-point lead, Donald Trump is raising the alarm that he “is afraid the election is going to be rigged.”  Just last week, before the Reuters polls were ‘tweaked’, Stone told Milo Yiannopoulous of Breitbart that if there is an “illegitimate” election, then there will be “widespread civil disobedience” and “it will be a bloodbath.” “I think your audience knows, I think we all know, that in this day and age, a computer can do anything. These voter machines are essentially…

Gun Stocks Surge After Another Month Of Record High Background Checks

The gun manufacturer Smith & Wesson’s share price reached an all-time high on Monday after it was reported that the background checks for new guns had set a new record for July. Shortly after the FBI announced July’s figures on Monday afternoon, shares in the second largest gun manufacturer hit $30.59 each. Smith & Wesson’s shares closed the day at an all-time high of $30.36, up 3% for the day and beating a previous record high of $29.37 set in March. Shares in Sturm Ruger, the US’s largest gun maker, also surged on the news, ending the day up 2%, at $69.40.…

APPLE REMOVES THE GUN EMOJI, REPLACES IT WITH A SQUIRT GUN

Apple’s latest software update for the iPhone and iPad features one of its subtlest but most symbolically significant design changes yet. iOS 10, which will be available for free download this fall, removes the revolver emoji and replaces it with a squirt gun. The change is available now to developers who download iOS 10 beta 4, although I should note that software is not designed for the general public, but rather app creators looking to get their own software ready and working in time for the fall release of iOS 10. But if you do install iOS 10 beta 4, the…

Upcoming ‘Smart Weapon’ Will Only Fire If You Have The Right Fingerprint

(FUTURISM)  A 19 year old MIT undergrad has developed a smart gun to help address the more than 21,000 firearm suicides that take place every year, as well as the thousands of deaths from gun violence. Kai Kloepfer is close to completing his final “smart gun” prototype – a fully-functional live firearm with an integrated fingerprint sensor. “Smart guns” could reduce the number of firearm suicides that happen each year (there are more than 21,000 in the U.S. alone), as well as make it harder for accidental shootings and gun violence to occur by reading a gun user’s fingerprint and (within tenths…

HSBC: ‘We Are Merely In The Eye Of The Brexit Storm’

There has been a pronounced tone-change among UK economics analysts since the EU Referendum: They are in unanimous agreement that the UK will sink into recession in the second half of this year. They disagree only on the details and depth. Call it the Silence of the Bulls: no one — literally, no one — is making a bullish case for the post-Brexit economy. That is what is so scary about this recession. Usually, analysts and economists like to hedge their bets. Their opinions are spread over a range, with outright disagreements. They talk about “the risk” of something happening; they don’t…

World Population To Hit 11bn In 2100 – With 70% Chance Of Continuous Rise

The world’s population is now odds-on to swell ever-higher for the rest of the century, posing grave challenges for food supplies, healthcare and social cohesion. A ground-breaking analysis released on Thursday shows there is a 70% chance that the number of people on the planet will rise continuously from 7bn today to 11bn in 2100. The work overturns 20 years of consensus that global population, and the stresses it brings, will peak by 2050 at about 9bn people. “The previous projections said this problem was going to go away so it took the focus off the population issue,” said Prof Adrian…

Jamaica Is Paying Its Oil Debts To Venezuela With Food

Jamaica has announced it is going to pay off oil debts it has with Venezuela with food, medication, and fertilizers, instead of cash. The barter agreement comes at a time when Venezuela is suffering from acute shortages of basic products amid a major economic and political crisis. Jamaica’s government announced the deal last Friday, saying that the transfers will take place in the last quarter of this year and amount to $4 million. The oil-for-basic products exchange is taking place within a regional agreement known as PetroCaribe that was signed in 2005 by Venezuela and 12 Caribbean States. The deal…

Japan Comes To Standstill After Official Agency Issues False 9.1 Earthquake Warning

Trains ground to a halt, a mobile network became jammed, and thousands of citizens began to panic as Japan’s meteorological agency sent an alarm that a massive earthquake was about to strike the capital Kanto Region, home to more than 40 million people. The warning was issued at 5:09pm local time on Monday, and quickly relayed to mobile apps that warned millions of Tokyo residents about an earthquake measuring 7 out of 7 on the scale used within the country – equivalent to 9.1 on the Richter scale, and as bad or worse than the Tohoku disaster of 2011. Bullet…

FBI Employee Arrested For Allegedly Acting As Secret Chinese Agent

An FBI employee has been arrested in New York for allegedly lying about secret work for Chinese businessmen and government officials, according to charging documents filed in the case unsealed today. Kun Shan Chun — or “Joey” Chun — pleaded guilty in federal court today to one count of illegally acting as an agent of a foreign government. He had been working for the FBI’s New York Field office as an electronics technician since 1997, but he was quietly arrested in March after his own office sent an undercover agent to meet with him and record their conversations, according to…

Too Little Too Late: McDonald’s Will Remove Some Artificial Preservatives

McDonald’s is accelerating plans to simplify its food and announced intentions Monday to remove artificial preservatives from its chicken nuggets, breakfast sausage patties and egg products. The fast food giant will also remove high-fructose corn syrup from its buns by the end of this month. Mike Andres, president of U.S. operations, announced the changes at the burger chain’s Oak Brook headquarters. He said the changes are part of an ongoing effort by McDonald’s to cater to more health-focused customers who demand fresh, wholesome food. The removal of artificial preservatives from chicken nuggets is an especially important move for those destined…

CDC Issues Historic Travel Warning Over Miami Zika Outbreak

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued an unprecedented travel warning Monday, advising pregnant women and their partners not to travel to a small community just north of downtown Miami, where Zika is actively circulating. This is the first time the CDC has warned people not to travel to an American neighborhood for fear of catching an infectious disease, according to agency spokesman Tom Skinner. The warning came after 10 additional people in Florida were found to have been infected with Zika virus after being bitten by local mosquitoes, bringing the total to 14. Florida Gov. Rick Scott and…

Soros And State Dept. Funded Group Claims Most Terrorists In The US Are White

(KURT NIMMO)  A George Soros and State Department funded organization, the New America Foundation, has released a report that states white Americans represent the largest domestic terror threat. The organization claims the Charleston shooting, the murder of three police officers in Pittsburg by Robert Poplawski, Andrew Joseph Stack’s plane crash in Austin and other attacks constitute organized “right-wing” terror incidents instead of individual actions by mentally disturbed individuals. The establishment media routinely exploits such attacks to villainize political enemies, including Alex Jones. NBC News has highlighted the extremely misleading report and insinuates that people the government has designated as right-wing terrorists should be sent to…

Khizr Khan’s Deep Legal, Financial Connections To Saudi Arabia, Hillary’s Clinton Foundation Tie Terror, Immigration, Email Scandals Together

Khizr Khan, the Muslim Gold Star father that the mainstream media and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have been using to criticize Donald J. Trump, has deep ties to the government of Saudi Arabia—and to international Islamist investors through his own law firm. In addition to those ties to the wealthy Islamist nation, Khan also has ties to controversial immigration programs that wealthy foreigners can use to essentially buy their way into the United States—and has deep ties to the “Clinton Cash” narrative through the Clinton Foundation. Khan and his wife Ghazala Khan both appeared on stage at the…

New ATF Head Wants Computerized Database Of All Gun Purchases

Deputy Director Thomas Brandon head of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) appeared on CBS’ Sunday Morning television show, complaining that his agency is “a small agency with a big job” and that he really needs more agents and more money to do that job. What he would really like, however, is a computerized database of all gun purchases made by every buyer and seller in the country: There’s a lot of things that don’t make sense.… Would [having such a database at the ATF] be efficient and effective? Absolutely. Would the taxpayers benefit with [improved] public safety? Absolutely. Are we…

Local resident Joyce Healy told NBC that she was driving on Ellicott City’s Main Street when she saw a Mercedes-Benz “floating back down the road.” “I’ve never seen anything like this, ever—the…

Construction spending fell 0.6 percent in June following declines of 0.1 percent in May and 2.9 percent in April, the Commerce Department reported Monday. Nonresidential construction declined 1.3 percent, the biggest setback since December, while residential activity was unchanged in June. Spending on government projects fell 0.6 percent, the fourth straight decline, with both federal and state and local construction activity down. Construction weakened in the April-June period after posting solid gains in the winter. Some analysts believe…

Verizon Wants To Run Every Part Of Your Life

Verizon no longer wants to be your mother’s Ma Bell spinoff. Sure, the company is still viewed by many as a sleepy telecom. But it is trying to reshape itself into a mobile technology giant with tentacles in the worlds of media as well as connected cars. The ink is barely dry on Verizon’s (VZ, Tech30) $4.8 billion purchase of Yahoo’s (YHOO, Tech30)core operating assets. But Verizon announced another notable acquisition on Monday, the purchase of Ireland-based vehicle tracking firm Fleetmatics (FLTX) for $2.4 billion. The deal will bring Verizon more than 37,000 customers and 737,000 subscribers for Fleetmatics’ software, which helps track vehicle location, fuel usage, speed and mileage…

Julian Assange: Hacked Emails Include Info On Hillary’s Arming of Jihadists, Including ISIS, in Syria

(JIM HOFT)  Secretary of State Hillary Clinton knew that the US was sending arms from Libya to Syria back in 2011, a year before the Benghazi consulate attacks. Hillary Clinton denied she knew about the weapons shipments during public testimony (under oath) in early 2013 after the Benghazi terrorist attack. Senator Rand Paul questioned Hillary Clinton about this gun running program back in January 2013 during her testimony on the Benghazi terrorist attack. On Tuesday Julian Assange told Democracy Now that the Wikileaks DNC emails contains information on the weapons shipments to Syria. Julian Assange: So, those Hillary Clinton emails, they connect together with the cables that we have…

US Launches Air Strikes In Libya

PHOTO CREDIT Julian Kücklich FLICKR The United States has carried out air strikes on positions of so-called Islamic State in Libya, following a request by the UN-backed government there, the Pentagon says. The strikes targeted positions in the port city of Sirte, an IS stronghold. Libyan PM Fayez Sarraj, in a televised address, said the strikes caused “heavy losses”. Western powers have become increasingly concerned at Islamic State’s growing presence in Libya. The air strikes are the first such US military intervention co-ordinated with the Libyan unity government. The Pentagon said Monday’s strikes, authorised by President Barack Obama, were in support of…

NATO Nuke Base Surrounded By Heavily Armed Turkish Police; Houses Up To 90 Thermonuclear Weapons

(MAC SLAVO)  Turkish President Recep Erdogan has deployed 7,000 armed police and heavy vehicles to the Incirlik Air Base in Turkey. The base is a NATO asset and reportedly houses between 50 and 90 B-61 variable yield thermonuclear weapons. The base is the largest nuclear weapons storage site in Europe with some 25 underground vaults. A failed coup in Turkey two weekends ago is believed to have been planned by the President himself presumably so that he could take control of the entire country. Tens of thousands of supposed “coup supporters” have since been rounded up by Erdogan officials. Late Saturday…

Donating Leftover Food To The Poor Was ‘Not Allowed’ At The Democratic National Convention

(J.D. HEYES)  Finding hypocrisy in a politician is nothing new, but finding it in an entire political platform and ideology can be breathtaking. As you are likely aware, the Democratic National Convention took place last week, in which Hillary Clinton became her party’s opponent against Republican nominee Donald J. Trump. You may also know that Democrats pride themselves on being the most charitable, the most sympathetic and the most generous when it comes to “the poor.” On the opening day of the DNC, the party tossed out leftover food from a welcome party for delegates at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, which angered…

Veteran CDC Employee Resigns After She Was Caught Helping Coca-Cola Gain Political Influence Over Health Authorities

(JULIE WILSON) America’s “health” authorities have again been caught conspiring with Big Food to ensure their products remain on the market and lucrative, despite mounting evidence of causing widespread, chronic illness among millions of people. The latest example of collusion between the food industry and the U.S. government involves a veteran employee with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) who was caught helping Coca-Cola and a food industry front group gain political influence over the World Health Organization (WHO). Emails obtained through a Freedom of Information request filed by U.S. Right to Know found that Dr. Barbara Bowman,…
