EPA’s Gold King Mine Spill Was Predicted 6 Days In Advance

(Moon Bat)  The environmental disaster the EPA caused at the Gold King mine in Colorado was predicted 6 days in advance:

This letter to editor, posted below, was published in The Silverton Standard and The Miner local newspaper, authored by a retired geologist, one week before EPA mine spill. The letter detailed verbatim, how EPA officials would foul up the Animas River on purpose in order to secure superfund money. If the Gold King mine was declared a superfund site it would essentially kill future development for the mining industry. The Obama EPA is vehemently opposed to mining and development.

The EPA says it was “very careful” as it caused the catastrophe. In contrast to its free market victims, it will face no fines for the environmental damage it brought about. At least the experts say the arsenic, lead, et cetera likely won’t affect the water supply here in Phoenix, despite the bright orange toxic sludge heading straight for Lake Powell; from there it will enter the Colorado River, which keeps Phoenix alive.

I thought at least this time the devastation wrought by this pernicious agency was accidental, unlike the economic damage it inflicts. Maybe not.

The letter appeared on July 30; spill was August 5.
